What areas do you serve?
๏ปฟWe deliver orders NATIONWIDE.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?
All successfully placed orders will be verified within 24 hours. An email/SMS confirmation will be sent to you.

How long before my orders get delivered?
We can deliver your order within the day. Out cut-off time for COD orders is 3:00pm only and for orders paid via bank deposit/online transfer and credit card, our cut-off time is 4:00pm.

Our regular delivery hours are from 11:00am to 5:00pm.ย 

For orders that are delivered through LBC, delivery time may take 7-14 days.
Our daily cut-off for dispatching of orders is 1:00pm only.

Is there a delivery fee?
We charge a delivery fee depending on your location. For orders that can be delivered through our partners Grab/Lalamove, delivery fee will be based on the actual booking rate and must be paid directly to the rider.

For other areas of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, we deliver through our partner LBC. We will require full payment first before we deliver your order.

PAYMENT METHODS

Can I pay using cash?
Yes, Cash-on-Delivery is available for orders within METRO MANILA areas only.

Can I pay using my debit/credit card?
Yes, you can pay online using your debit/credit card via Paymaya.

Can I pay using bank deposit/online transfer?
Yes, you can pay via bank deposit/online transfer. Proof of payment must be sent to our BosJapShop Facebook page.ย 

Bank details will be sent via SMS once order is confirmed.

WARRANTY AND ITEM REPLACEMENT

Do your items come with warranty?
All items have 15-day replacement warranty for factory defects only care of BosJapShop. The item to be replaced must be duly supported with receipt covering the sale of the item.

All Apple products come with 1 year Apple warranty.

Do you accept refund request?
Yes, we offer refund for items with factory defects only. The item to be refunded must be duly supported with receipt covering the sale of the item.
